Press & route in-house
7-ply Canadian maple decks pressed to your mold, then CNC-routed to ±0.3mm tolerance.
Heat-transfer printing
Full-deck graphics via heat-transfer film. Pantone-matched color, UV-resistant finish.
Three-step process
From inquiry to export-ready cartons in 5–7 weeks.
Sample approval
We produce 2–3 samples with your artwork for approval. 7–12 days including DHL.
Production
30% deposit to start. Lead time 25–35 days. Progress photos at each stage.
Export & delivery
Balance payment against B/L copy. FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
